We are in search of a talented and experienced Head Chef specializing in Western cuisine to lead our kitchen team. If you\'re passionate about culinary artistry and wish to showcase your skills and creativity in Jakarta, we\'d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and regularly update the Western cuisine menu, ensuring a balance of innovation and classic favorites.
• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring food quality and presentation meet premium standards.
• Mentor, train, and guide the kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and continuous learning.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and managing food and labor costs.
• Ensure adherence to food hygiene and workplace safety standards in line with local regulations and international best practices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring the best quality ingredients at optimal prices.
• Work closely with the restaurant management team to align on promotions, events, and guest experiences.

• Proven 2+ years experience as a Head Chef, especially in Western cuisine.
• Culinary school diploma or relevant degree.
• Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian/Bahasa is a plus but not mandatory.
