Whether it's an after-work martini, a round of highballs, or a plate of oysters and a steak sandwich slider, we're here to make it happen with precision, warmth, and personality.
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Bar Manager who can bring the energy, deliver classic drinks with confidence, and make guests feel like they're at home (but better), along with leading our team and delivering exceptional guest experiences in this exciting new venture.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards. Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver outstanding customer service. Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships. Develop and maintain beverage menus in collaboration with mixologists and brand team. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and sales targets. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally. Organize and support promotional events and brand activations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-end or lifestyle venue. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
