Vie collection is a modern omakase steakhouse looking to build a strong, fun, and committed team filled with passionate, motivated souls.
As a bar manager, you will be responsible of:
- Overseeing bar operations
- Managing inventory, purchasing, and costing of drinks
- Preparing and serving drinks with quality control check
- Creating SOP for the bar, and ensuring that highest standard of service is consistently held
- Building good relations with guests and making sure they have a satisfied experience
To apply, you will need:
- At least 3 years of working experience in a similar field
- An open mind, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for what you do
- Team player and leadership skills
