Main Responsibilties:- Manage the operations of an establishment by hiring and training staff, scheduling shifts, and supervising operationsHandling the finances of the establishment to ensure that it operates within budget guidelines Overseeing the operations of the bar or nightclub, including making sure that staff are performing their jobs efficiently and that security measures are in place Overseeing the setup of special events such as parties Creating marketing plans to promote events and increase customer awareness of the bar or nightclub Reviewing reports on sales data, demographic information about customers, and other data to make business decisions about marketing strategies and staffing needs Managing customer complaints and problems to ensure that all patrons have a positive experience at the establishment Monitoring bar tabs to ensure that customers pay for their drinks Assess development needs and train and coach staff Set and monitor quality and service standards for staff Communicate company policy, standards and procedures to staff Direct and manage staff members to meet standards and objectives Ensure staff operate within company policies Skills/Competencies needed:- Excellent interpersonal skills/communication skills Problem-solver Outgoing personality Conflict Management skills Attention to Details Quick thinking Independent Leadership skills Looking forward to your application!
