Being hands on and the key person, most times working solo in a small bar team
Ensuring the delivery of exceptionally made drinks to our guests in a timely manner
Daily briefing to the restaurant team on the notable information from the drinks offer
Helping to develop and evolve the drinks offer within a clear brief
Managing the opening and closing procedures on for the drink operation
Managing the prep levels of ingredients and pre-batches for cocktails
Responsibility of the ordering to par levels of the drink stock to set budgets
End of month stock counts and reporting of the stock holding value
Ensuring that the bar is always fully stocked with product, glassware and consumables for the service delivery
The upkeep of the bar presentation, cleanliness and maintaining the bar standards to a high level
Additional Information:
Knowledge for mixed drinks, spirits and liqueurs and classic cocktails
Min 2 years relevant experience in Bar
