We are on the hunt for a passionate and dynamic

Bar Operations Manager

who is ready to lead from the front, bring the energy, and elevate our bar experience to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and top-notch customer experiences. Lead, train, and inspire the bar team to deliver excellence in hospitality and product knowledge. Curate and maintain a premium beverage menu -- from cocktails and wine to high-end spirits. Monitor inventory, manage ordering, and control costs to ensure profitability. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations. Work closely with marketing and events teams to activate themed nights, promotions, and seasonal menus. Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure continuous improvement in service quality. Assist with marketing, idea generation and boosting the Tigress brand to maximise footfall and expand the customer base

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience in bar management or hospitality leadership. Strong knowledge of beers, spirits, wines, cocktails, and bar operations. Passion for hospitality, with a flair for creating memorable customer experiences. Energetic, hands-on, and proactive -- able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting. Able to operate autonomously and with confidence. Excellent communication and team management skills. Must be fluent in English, ability to communicate in Chinese would be advantageous Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and scheduling tools. Interest in (or appreciation for) cue sports like pool or billiards is a big plus.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
