Job Description

Prepare a variety of espresso-based beverages, teas, as well as other hot and iced drinks as required. Maintain drinkware and beverage equipment in good condition. Ensure consistency in product taste and quality. Monitor the quality of coffee beans and other supplies. Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process beverage orders. Deliver good customer service, anticipating and responding to customer needs. Contribute to seasonal product research and development (R&D). Identify, suggest, and execute opportunities for continuous improvement within the work area. Assist in events as and when required. Adhere to food and beverage hygiene standards at all times. Duties assigned as deemed appropriate for a Barista.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 - 2 years of Baritsa experience. Previous experience in a cafe is highly preferred. Passion for coffee and interest in learning more about coffee preparation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Willing to work on shift schedules, 5.5 work week (alternate Saturdays). Off every Sunday & PH
