We're looking for a Barista Supervisor to lead our front-of-house coffee team -- someone who brings both technical coffee expertise and strong leadership skills. This role is ideal for an experienced barista who's ready to step up, mentor others, and ensure every guest enjoys consistently excellent coffee and warm service.
What you'll do:
Lead the barista team - oversee daily coffee operations and ensure consistency in quality and service.
Train and mentor - guide junior baristas, share knowledge, and help build a motivated, skilled team.
Deliver excellent customer service - connect with customers, resolve issues with care, and create memorable cafe experiences.
Drive standards - maintain coffee quality, workflow efficiency, and FOH cleanliness.
Cafe operations - support with ordering, stock management, and equipment upkeep.
Innovate - collaborate on new beverage development and seasonal offerings.
Be hands-on - step in during peak periods to keep service smooth and upbeat.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a senior barista or shift leader in a specialty coffee environment.
Strong technical skills in espresso and brewing methods.
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Highly organised, proactive, and resourceful in managing daily operations.
Passionate about coffee and eager to share that passion with the team and customers.
Able to handle pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-paced cafe environment.
