Key Responsibilities:


Prepare and serve consistently high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes and standards. Greet guests warmly, assist with seating, and serve as a welcoming point of contact throughout their visit. Engage with customers to provide thoughtful recommendations on our selection of craft packaged beers, based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization across the bar, guest areas, and service stations throughout the day. Uphold all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including hygiene, safety, and beverage handling protocols. Support smooth cafe operations during busy periods through clear communication and teamwork. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager to ensure a high standard of service and workflow.
Key Requirements:


Minimum 1 year of experience in a barista, cafe, or customer-facing beverage role. Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, engaging presence--able to make guests feel welcome and well cared for. Interest or experience in craft beer, with the confidence to offer basic tasting notes or pairing suggestions. Able to multitask efficiently between bar work and front-of-house duties in a fast-paced environment. Holds a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certification. Familiarity with coffee preparation and beverage service is preferred; enthusiasm to learn is essential.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,200 per month
