Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation

:Brewing coffee, operating espresso machines, grinding coffee beans, steaming and frothing milk for various espresso-based drinks, and preparing other specialty drinks like teas.

Customer Service

:Greeting customers, taking orders accurately, answering questions about menu items, and providing recommendations for drinks.

Sales & Transactions

:Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders and payments, handling cash and card transactions.

Food Service

:Preparing and serving food items, such as baked goods, sandwiches, and pastries, as per the menu.

Cleaning & Maintenance

:Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment (espresso machines, grinders), and seating areas to maintain hygiene standards.

Restocking & Inventory

:Monitoring and restocking supplies like coffee beans, milk, cups, and other consumables.

Teamwork

:Collaborating with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and a positive customer experience.

: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers and build relationships.

Communication Skills

: Clearly communicate with customers and team members, taking orders and noting preferences.

Multitasking

Coffee Knowledge

: A passion for coffee and understanding of different brewing methods and drink recipes.

Technical Skills
