Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, smoothies, and other cafe drinks.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other beverage equipment confidently.
Maintain consistency and presentation standards across all drinks.
Assist in developing new cafe beverages and seasonal drink menus.
Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and beverage ingredients.
Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards for all bar and cafe areas.
Provide friendly, professional service to all customers.
Support cafe operations when needed (e.g., cashiering, light food prep).

Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of barista experience in a cafe environment.
Skilled in coffee preparation (espresso, latte art, etc.) and cafe-style beverages.
Knowledge of various drink recipes and willingness to learn new creations.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Team player with positive attitude and initiative.

Working Hours & Benefits
Working Hours: 11:30 AM - 9:30 PM
Work Week: 6 days per week
Salary Range: $2,500 - $3,200/month (depending on experience)
