We're looking for a Barista to join our cafe team -- someone who loves creating warm customer experiences, thrives in a busy environment, and enjoys being a true cafe all-rounder. Specialty coffee experience is great to have, but not essential -- training will be provided. What matters most is your passion for hospitality, ability to work independently, and willingness to learn.


What you'll do:


Prepare and serve coffee - from espresso-based drinks to filter brews, ensuring consistency and quality. Deliver excellent customer service - build rapport with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere. Be a cafe all-rounder - support with pastries, FOH service, and daily operations. Work independently - manage your station confidently while multitasking during peak hours. Maintain standards - uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth cafe workflow. Contribute ideas - help with seasonal drinks or specials to keep things fresh and exciting.
What we're looking for:


Barista experience in a specialty coffee environment (preferred but not required). Strong customer service and communication skills. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks. A positive, proactive, and reliable team player. Passionate about coffee, hospitality, and delivering memorable cafe experiences.
