Overview:





We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista who enjoys crafting delicious non-alcoholic drinks and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing coffee, tea, milk tea, smoothies, and fruit-based beverages, and take pride in both taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:


Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, milk tea, fruit tea, smoothies, frappes, and specialty cafe drinks. Maintain consistent quality, taste, and presentation for all drinks. Operate and maintain coffee machines, tea brewers, and other cafe equipment. Assist in developing new signature drinks and seasonal beverage menus. Keep the cafe and preparation area clean, organized, and well-stocked. Provide friendly and attentive customer service at all times. Support smooth daily operations and coordinate with team members. Follow hygiene and safety standards as per company and NEA guidelines.

Requirements:


Minimum 1 year of barista or beverage preparation experience preferred. Experience in milk tea or bubble tea preparation is a strong advantage. Knowledge of coffee, tea, and drink recipes and basic latte art preferred. Friendly, positive attitude and team player. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays. Basic Food Hygiene Certificate preferred (or willing to obtain one).
