DESIGNATION : Barista

RESPONSIBILITIES
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all customers, through serving food and beverages of excellent quality and consistency
• Perform Barista duties, from coffee staples, to blended smoothies and other creative drinks
• Able to multi-task and perform various functions such as taking of orders, preparing & serving of food and beverages, managing inventory, ensure cleanliness of workplace, attend to customers’ needs, etc
• Communicate and work well as a team with others
• Ensure feedback of guests are brought to attention of immediate supervisor
• Adopt the “Clean as you go” and “FIFO” procedures at work
• Always enforce Food Hygiene practices and grooming standards
• Follow Company’s procedures and SOPs
• Perform any other duties as required and assigned by immediate supervisor or Management

• At least 1 year of F&B work experience in similar capacity preferred (on-the-job training provided)
• Friendly, go-getter spirit with positive attitude
• Strong sense of ownership in job duties
• Possess great service attitude
• Passion for people & food
• Energetic team player
• Willingness to work rotating shift hours, weekends and public holidays
