Job Description
The Dempsey Project is looking for a Junior Barista who is responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to customers in the café. Her/His duties includes working with other baristas to make drinks and provide timely service to customers.
Part-Timers are welcomed too!
FT Salary: $1800-$2300
PT Salary: $12-$15/HR

Knowledge of coffee, coffee grinding, and able to demonstrate the use of a brewing equipment
Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea & milkshakes
Serve customers quickly and efficiently
Understands and adheres to all quality standards, formulas and procedures of preparation.
Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitization standards while preparing food, serving food, and clean up
Maintains professional standard
Job Requirements:
Relevant working experience, with basic latte art skills
Possess great service attitude
Passion for people and food
