Swee Lee Social Club is a signature cafe and social event space nestled within Swee Lee's flagship stores. We serve up freshly brewed coffee, handcrafted drinks and tasty bites, along with good music and live events for the music community. We're assembling a team of hardworking, service-oriented individuals who are as passionate about the F&B and service industry as we are. We are looking for Part-time Baristas to provide daily operational support in our café. We need someone who is self-driven, passionate and organised. We want somebody who matches our spirit and ambitions, and someone who will challenge us to constantly push our boundaries. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, food and other beverages to customers using prescribed recipes.
• Provide good customer service and build a good rapport with customers.
• Assist the Cafe Manager in planning new menus and learning preparation techniques for all food and drinks.
• Keep the café area tidy and clean at all times.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and codes.
• Ensure all equipment stays well maintained.
• Sell and share knowledge with customers in an enlightening manner on various ranges of coffee, drinks and food offerings.
• Regulate inventory levels of coffee beans, fruits, pastries, etc. in the café.
• Assist the Cafe Manager in innovating and improving processes for efficiency and effectiveness of the café.

• Good understanding of various types of coffee and tea.
• Prepared to work during weekends and public holidays.
• Able to accommodate shift work.
• Able to communicate in English.
