Job Description
s: Preparation of a variety of hot/iced coffee beverages in the menu according to SOP and ensuring quality is always consistent Comply with all food and beverage regulations Presenting menus and taking orders Serving food and beverages Providing efficient and friendly service Proactive learner and team player Responsible for daily bar inventory, supplies and display Maintaining accurate cash float Provide good customer service and build good rapport with customers Assist in improving processes for efficiency at the cafe Always maintain a clean and tidy workstationJob Requirements: Capable of working in a fast-paced F&B setting Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume Great interpersonal skills Clean & hygienic in food handling Knowledge of coffee roasting is an added advantage Able to commit on weekends and public holidays (rotational working days) Min 2 year experience in coffee service industry preferred
