Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking food and drink orders
Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation coffee art techniques for coffee drinks, such as cafe latte, and cappuccino
Preparing and serving cold beverages, ranging from simple to elaborate ones
Promoting and recommending menu options to customers
Receiving and processing customer payments
Able to explain differences in coffee beans and demonstrate how brewing equipment operates to junior staff.
Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service
Generates revenues by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products
Maintaining inventory and equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting and scheduling repairs
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
