We're assembling a team of hardworking, service-oriented individuals who are as passionate about the F&B and service industry as we are. We are looking for a Barista to provide daily operational support in our cafe. We need someone who is self-driven, passionate and organised. We want somebody who matches our spirit and ambitions, and someone who will challenge us to constantly push our boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, food and other beverages to customers using prescribed recipes.
• Provide good customer service and build a good rapport with customers.
• Assist the Cafe Lead in planning new menus and learning preparation techniques for all food and drinks.
• Keep the cafe area tidy and clean at all times.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and codes.
• Ensure all equipment stays well maintained.
• Sell and share knowledge with customers in an enlightening manner on various ranges of coffee, drinks and food offerings.
• Regulate inventory levels of coffee beans, fruits, pastries, etc. in the cafe.
• Assist the Cafe Lead in innovating and improving processes for efficiency and effectiveness of the cafe.

• Good understanding of various types of coffee and tea.
• Prepared to work during weekends and public holidays.
• Able to accommodate shift work.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Customer oriented and service focused.
