Greet and welcome customers
Provide excellent service experience to all customers
Promote coffee consumption by educating customers
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries
Prepare and sell coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, espresso, espresso, latte, and cappuccino
Generate revenues by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
maintain and improve the appearance of the store and coffee bar
Enhance coffee shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Handle cashiering duties and managing of ordering systems
Respond to customer complaints and questions, resolving issues where possible and referring customers to managers as needed
Keep the outlet such as food preparation areas, washrooms and customer areas clean and organized
Replenish supplies, such as coffee bean supply, coffee brewing equipment, napkins, condiments, and cleaning supplies, and notify management when inventory levels begin to run low
Serve food to customers
Assist any adhoc duties assigned by Supervisors/Managers
Able to perform additional duties as requested by the Management as and when required
Job Requirement:

Good commmunication skills
6 days work week, full time only
Able to work independently and under pressure
Able to perform shifts, long hours and work on weekends and public holidays
At least 1 year of relevant experience
