Head Barista / Bartender
to lead our beverage programme and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
Job Responsibilities
Lead bar and coffee operations, ensuring consistency and quality in all beverages.
Prepare and serve specialty coffee, cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
Train, mentor, and supervise bar team members to maintain high service standards.
Collaborate with the culinary and management team on seasonal beverage menus.
Manage beverage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of all bar and coffee stations.
Engage with guests warmly, making recommendations and tailoring experiences.
Ensure proper maintenance of coffee machines, bar equipment, and glassware.
Job Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a barista, bartender, or in a similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, cocktails, and beverage preparation.
Ability to lead and motivate a team with professionalism and positivity.
Excellent guest interaction and communication skills.
Passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable dining experiences.
