Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation:

Learn to prepare a wide variety of espresso-based drinks, teas, specialty beverages, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, answer questions about the menu, make recommendations, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Equipment Operation:

Learn to operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, brewing equipment, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Cleanliness & Stocking:

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workstation, equipment, and public areas, and assist with stocking and inventory management.

Cash Handling:

Accurately process customer payments using cash, cards, and other payment methods.

Teamwork:

Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service and contribute to a positive work environment.

Learning & Quality:

Learn about different coffee beans, brewing methods, and menu items, and adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $8.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
