Responsibilities Attend to the guests' needs in a prompt and timely manner to ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction Possess basic food menu and presentation standards to ensure Directly interact with guests to ensure a top-quality experience for each and every guest Maintain complete knowledge of drink menu items, including wine, champagne, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections available Prepare drinks as per preparation method, preparation time, ingredients, portion sizes, garnishes, presentation SOP Prepare and replenish par levels for ingredients, garnishes, glass ware etc to prepare for service Requirements At least 1 year of relevant experience Customer service-oriented mindset Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Details Working Hours: 5-day work week Working Location: 6 Battery Road Salary Range: $3000 - 4000
