Job Description
The new European restaurant is looking for a Senior Bartender. We are looking for a experienced, responsible and hard-working person who can create remarquables cocktails and has great communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare beverages requested by customers according to established pouring standards and drink recipes.
- Inventory liquor and beverages. Ensure that all liquor is properly secured before, during, and at close of shift.
- Inspect bar daily for cleanliness and attractiveness and inspect all equipment and machinery for proper operation and perform corrective action where necessary.
- Interact with outside contacts such as guests – to ensure their total satisfaction and suppliers – regarding orders and invoices. Ensure all interaction is done professionally.
- May assist with other duties where required by superiors, including assisting in restaurant service.

- At least 1-2 years experience working experience in bar
- Knowing Russian language (many of our investors are russian as well as guests)
- Ability to create new cocktails
- Posses a valid food hygiene certificate
- Great communication skills, ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties
