Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic, personable, and skilled

Bartender

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a strong knowledge of mixology, and the ability to provide an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere. Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including bar tools, glassware, and work surfaces. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the manager regarding stock needs. Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS system accurately. Assist with bar setup and closing duties. Suggest and upsell cocktails, wines, and other beverages to enhance the guest experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service across the restaurant or venue.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant, bar, or event setting. Excellent knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and beverage presentation. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A passion for hospitality and customer service. Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
