Conduct weekly inventory of beverages and initiate requisitions based on established par level.
Manage bar stock by opening and closing the bar as well as monitoring inventory levels.
Take customer orders and promote beverage specials in adherence to established standards.
Provide friendly and attentive customer service to guests at all times.
Present guests with their checks and follow established billing procedures.
Requirement
Possesses working knowledge of wine, cocktail mixing and all beverages.
Team player with good communications towards both colleagues and customers alike.
