Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Bartender to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate is passionate about mixology, enjoys engaging with guests, and takes pride in crafting exceptional beverages that enhance the dining experience.

As part of the front-of-house team, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable and high-quality experience at the bar and in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences. Recommend cocktails, wines, and spirits to complement guests' meals. Ensure consistent drink quality, presentation, and portion control. Engage with guests in a warm and professional manner. Take beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service. Provide product knowledge on drinks, ingredients, and pairings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times. Restock bar supplies, ingredients, and garnishes as required. Work closely with the restaurant service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations. Assist in inventory management and stock-taking. Support bar setup and closing duties.

Requirements

Minimum 1 years of bartending experience in a restaurant, hotel, or bar environment. Knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, and spirits. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders efficiently.

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month
