The Royal Albatross is a 4 masted, 22 sail luxury tall ship (pirate ship style) berthed in Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) - at the entrance of SEA Aquarium - offering dining experiences for humans and even for dogs! We are like floating restaurant but also sailing out in Singapore waters for few hours.We are committed to offering the best dining experience with a different concept by sailing on our luxury Tall Ship!We are looking to hire dynamic, motivated and passionate individuals to join our team and be a part of our exciting growth.We'll reward all your hard work with a great salary and benefits
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant onboard
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Minimum GCE N or O Level, Diploma, ITE and SPM.
- Minimum 1 year experience in food/ beverage environment or related environment
- Comfortable to work on weekends/Public Holidays
- Able to start immediate or within short notice
