Job Description

Must demonstrate genuine hospitality and able to deliver exceptional guest services in the bar area.
Bartender responsibilities:
Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications Helping guests choose menu items or guiding them through drink options Taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their time at the restaurant or event Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories Providing friendly and attentive service Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverage Cleaning the bar, tables, chairs, and work area to maintain a sanitary environment Organising the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory Slicing, pitting, and preparing fruit garnishes for drinks Preparing and serving appetisers, snacks, or other food items for customers at the bar Complying with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications for Bartender
A high school diploma or GCE O or N level 2 years of experience in a bar or similar environment Must be 21 years of age Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, and mixed cocktails Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to read and speak English proficiently
