Your day to day
Your Day to Day - • To be responsible for mixing and dispensing various alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails at the bar or lounge. • To ensure that bar is all set up with glasses, stirrers, cocktail garnishes, tidbits etc, before the shift commences. • To replenish the stock/supplies as and when necessary. • To monitor and maintain records of bar stocks, in particular wines and liquors and inform the manager for replenishment when necessary. • To mix and dispense drinks/cocktails in accordance with the menu. • To keep the bar counter clean, wash up, prepare garnishes and maintain housekeeping of the bar area.To provide efficient, attentive, courteous and professional service at all times. • To create a friendly atmosphere in the bar and establish rapport with the guests. Any other suitable tasks as and when assigned by F&B Supervisor/ Restaurant Manager.
What we need from you
Ideally, to successfully fill this role, you should have a high school education or a relevant field of work with 1 or more years of progressive work-related experience in a hotel. You will have strong verbal communication skills, detail-oriented and organized, with ability to work under pressure of deadlines and ever-shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must be a team player, have strong interpersonal skills, and work well independently as well as part of a team, flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
