Job Highlights

Bartender’s job scope
- Preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Washing and cleaning glassware
- Interaction with guests, take orders, serve food and drinks
- Assess guest’s needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Manage and maintain accurate Stock count every night
- Ensure that all stocks are arranged in a neat and orderly manner
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Maintain a tidy workplace
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures for the bar
- Any other duties assigned
