Description * Support daily business operations * Keeping the bar, bar area and supplies clean & presentable * Checking of inventory of liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages * Ma Description Support daily business operations Keeping the bar, bar area and supplies clean & presentable Checking of inventory of liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Maintain low wastage levels through stock Attend to guests' queries and concerns Perform any other related duties as assigned by the management Requirements Have a good understanding of various brands and types of liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverage Have completed at least 2 years of bartending experience Have completed Basic Food Hygiene course Positive work attitude, team player, good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask Other Information Work location: West Coast Ferry Road (Bus 175 and 176) near West Coast Park Permanent role with attractive benefits Meals provided Company transport provided (Clementi MRT Station)
