Description
- Support daily business operations
- Keeping the bar, bar area and supplies clean & presentable
- Checking of inventory of liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain low wastage levels through stock
- Attend to guests\xe2\x80\x99 queries and concerns
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the management
- Have a good understanding of various brands and types of liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverage
- Have completed at least 2 years of bartending experience
- Have completed Basic Food Hygiene course
- Positive work attitude, team player, good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
- Work location: West Coast Ferry Road (Bus 175 and 176) near West Coast Park
- Permanent role with attractive benefits
