Job Description
- Assist on bar operations, including but not limited to preparation of ingredients, opening and closing of bar, inventory management and stock control.
- Prepare drinks as per guests\' order
- Housekeeping duties to maintain a neat and clean working environment.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.
- Min. 1 year of bartending experience
- Eye for detail and good understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
- Friendly and customer oriented.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work independently and takes initiatives.
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
