Led by Chef Colin Buchan with extensive experience in London and Singapore working with Jason Atherton, Gordon Ramsay, Marco Pierre White, and Angela Hartnett.
Your role:
Concoct alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Handle the day-to-day bar operations
Uphold work area cleanliness in accordance to NEA standards
Able to engage, surprise and delight members with cocktail recommendations
Support floor operations as needed
What we are looking for:
1 - 3 years of relevant work experience preferred (salary will commensurate with experience)
Creativity and willingness to experiment to devise new drinks
A high standard of personal hygiene and grooming
A spirit of hospitality and interest in ensuring that guests have a great experience
Reliable and good team worker
Ability to work on weekends and public holidays
Good understanding of classic cocktails
Have a wide range of understanding on spirits
Knowledge about coffee will be an added advantage
