Create SOPs as a team and manage daily bar operations with precision
Take charge of bar prep, stock levels, and timing
Keep the bar clean, safe, and running smoothly
Maintain drinks hygiene standards and workplace safety
Assist the head bartender with cost management, quality control, and training new talent
Job Requirements:
Minimum require Degree holder with more than 2 years of working experience in the related field
Working knowledge of bar equipment
Have good work ethics, initiative and willingness to learn
Able to work independently and in a team
Able to multitask
Willing to work on weekend
Compensation:
Working days: 4.5 days
- Working hours: Wed - Fri 12pm - 3pm, 6pm - 12am, breaktime 2hrs; Sat 11am - 3pm, 6pm - 12am, breaktime 2hrs; Sun 11am - 5pm
