Job Overview
To assist in the day-to-day food production and supervise Cooks and Casuals. Execute production for all items needed in the day-to-day Hotel operation. Ensure that systems are in place and followed while maintaining a high degree of associate satisfaction by adhering to all Marriott Standards and Policies and Singapore Marriott Hotel standards of excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities * Assure that all food prepared will be in accordance with Marriott standards and quality. Complete production charts for daily preparation with Sous Chef.
