JOB SUMMARY
To prepare all BBQ items required in the day-to-day Hotel operation and provide consistent quality of food and services to internal and external customers, by adhering to all Marriott Standards and Policies and Singapore Marriott Hotel standards of excellence.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Work close together with BBQ Chef.
2. Be on time to report to work.
3. Help at all times the BBQ Chef to prepare all food according to recipe cards and fol-low the standard of food to reach a standard of excellence.
4. Instruction has to be followed at all times.
5. To work in a safe manner at all times, to eliminate accidents.
6. To enforce our policy, \xe2\x80\x9cClean As you go\xe2\x80\x9d.
7. Daily cleaning of kitchen equipment in work area.
8. Daily check and cleaning of walking fridge.
9. Daily covering, rotating and dating of all food items.
10. Co-operation and team work at all times.
11. Perform all other reasonable tasks as requested by Management.
12. Will sign acceptance of tools \xe2\x80\x93 uniforms and knives etc. and will pay back to the com-pany any money for loss or damage of said tools.
13. If any employee is sick, he will immediately contact his immediate supervisor or Ex-ecutive Chef and will collect a sick note before returning to work.
14. Personal phone calls between working hours are not permitted.
15. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
