Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities in property development & infra projects, design & build, and construction projects.
Monitor government land sales, tender invitations, and industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
Establish and maintain an updated database of potential clients, consultants, and partners.
2. Business Acquisition & Tender Support
Identify and track upcoming tenders and potential development sites.
Assist in preparing business proposals, capability statements, and tender submissions.
Coordinate with internal teams (Design, QS, Project, Finance) to prepare tender documents and feasibility studies.
3. Client & Partner Relations
Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, consultants, government agencies, and business partners.
Support negotiation and follow-up on potential collaborations, JV opportunities, and project leads.
Represent the company in networking events, industry exhibitions, and client meetings.
4. Marketing & Branding
Support marketing campaigns, corporate communication, and brand promotion activities.
Prepare marketing collaterals such as brochures, project presentations, and company profiles.
Manage content updates for corporate website and social media platforms.
Requirements
Master's Degree in Data Anayst or Environmental science related discipline.
Strong understanding of data analysis tools in relation to construction and real estate market, tender processes, and development cycle.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data or research tools including SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
