Job Description
- Drive sales and marketing functions, as well as business development and credit line management.
- Ensure the department\'s operations run smoothly and maintain high service standards.
- Identify and cultivate potential market segments in Indonesia and key players to achieve acquisition and retention targets.
- Act as a host to guests in Indonesia, cater to guests\' needs, collect feedback, and ensure top-notch hospitality and service excellence.
- Handle Indonesia Market and communicate with associates & business stakeholders in both Singapore and Indonesia, which will require use of Bahasa Indonesia
- Uphold strict confidentiality and comply with regulatory requirements, established policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls, and service standards.
- Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, preferably exposures in casino marketing.
- Proficiency (written and spoken) in English and Bahasa Indonesia to liaise with stakeholders in Singapore and Indonesia.
- Ability to travel and work independently across functional region.
- Candidate who able start works immediately will be highly advantageous.
