Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for marketing and sales of manufacturing systems and customized automation solutions and build-to-print services in Singapore and across global accounts.
• One of the main KPIs is to target and develop new customer base to achieve sales growth and meet revenue targets. Targeted industries in manufacturing including but are not limited to Biomedical, life sciences, electronics, and semiconductor.
• Product and performance specifications review with Technology and Engineering product groups to interpret, clarify, and establish customer needs.
• Drives Sales Kick-Off meeting agenda towards the fulfilment of customers\' order.
• Establish and forge excellent network with existing and potential customers.
• Market intelligence to identify emerging market trends and new customer requirements in their technology roadmaps.
• Competitive intelligence and product performance benchmarking to update Management on competition landscape - new competitive strategies, new entrants, new products, new capabilities, new installations, customer feedback etc.
• Prepares annual sales forecasts and presents periodic sales performance reports and reviews.
• Analyses performance variances relative to specific sales plan and strategies; and take appropriate measures to meet sales KPI targets

Requirements:

• A Diploma or Degree in an Engineering discipline (with minimum 5 years relevant experience).
• Familiar with equipment/automation solutions trends and manufacturing processes.
• Equipment level and/or Customized Automation Solutions sales and marketing experience highly desired.
• Possess a strong network of customers.
• Effective bilingual communicator with good presentation skills.
