Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Client maintenance job - writing correspondence, proposals and effectively present information and respond to questions
• Fully understand all the Trade products/applications and able to do system supporting, training, presentation, and demonstration to the clients.
• Be the key person of hosting the webinar and professional system tutorial through online or offline channels/conference/workshops
• Build up and maintain the good relationship with our global partners and sales channels.
• Manage prospective business via conference call, e-mail, customer meetings and conference exhibition.
• Provide documentation, analysis, and recommendations to our development team for product enhancement.
• Plan, execute and deliver online / offline marketing campaign to promote Trade products and services.
• Experience in SaaS licensing agreement and effective communication with crossfunctional team.
• Understand Derivatives asset (Futures or Options) to hold discussion with key partners on product enhancement.
• Defining long term technical roadmap.
• Motivated self-starter to drive new business and expand existing client revenue in South East Asia.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent education background
• Prior experience in customer service, account management or sales required.
• 3+ year experience in sales, broking or trading in global listed exchange futures, options, commodities OTC derivatives market
• Exemplary presentation, training and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills and teamwork
• Prior experience in IT software be preferred
