Beautician / Facial Aesthetician

, you'll help clients look radiant and feel deeply restored through personalized facials, skincare education, and genuine connection. Join a studio where your hands bring healing and your knowledge inspires confidence.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform customized facial treatments including deep cleansing, extraction, exfoliation, lymphatic massage, and mask application. Recommend skincare products based on each client's skin type, concerns, and goals. Maintain a clean, serene, and well-prepared treatment space at all times. Keep up-to-date treatment records and adjust skincare plans as needed. Educate clients on home skincare routines, ingredients, and lifestyle advice. Stay current on industry trends, tools, and techniques, including facial machines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Certified Beautician / Aesthetician with diploma in beauty therapy or facial aesthetics. Experience with various skin types, facial modalities, and product knowledge. Skilled in client communication, hospitality, and emotional intelligence. Detail-oriented and committed to hygiene, customer care, and consistent results. Experience with Korean/Japanese facial techniques.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

Perform services with precision, achieving visible improvements in skin condition over time Deliver tailored treatment plans and record client progress accurately in salon system Ensure treatment space is clean, sanitized, and presentable before every appointment Encourage repeat bookings and build client loyalty with thoughtful follow-ups Stay informed on ingredients, skincare technology, and global beauty trends Work closely with spa therapists, stylists, and front desk to create a seamless guest experience
