Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Managing counter processes and operation given by the counter in-charge
- Educating customers on the products and informing them on promotions
- Achieving monthly sales targets and compile daily sales tracking
- Counter maintenance and replenishment of inventory (saleable items, testers and collaterals)
- Participate in monthly stock take exercises
- Participate in workshops outside of sales floor
- Keep track of the Loyalty Card programs and updating of customer database
- To be well groomed at all times (at Counter or Company\'s events)
- To provide assistance for all Company\'s events
- Would be an advantage to have boutique experience
Job Requirement :
- Minimum one (1) year retail experience in beauty cosmetic industry (With in-charge experience)
- Positive attitude and a good team player
- Simple counter operation experience such as POS and cashiering
- Ability to engage and stay connected with customers and attentive follow-up skills
- Have the potential and willing to be groomed for the next level
