RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales and Customer Service
  • Demonstrate and promote the sale of the Brand's products.
  • Provide and maintain excellent, professional and personalized service to customers to increase Brand loyalty.
  • Achieve sales and other targets set by the Store In-charge.
  • Follow up with customers after product purchase/s to build regular customer base.
  • Handle customers' enquiries professionally and amicably.
  • May need to participate in Company's / Brand's corporate events, product launches, make-up assignments etc.
Up-keeping of Work Environment and Personal Grooming
  • Maintenance of counter, merchandise and display to ensure alignment with Brand's image.
  • Inform the Management of any store maintenance issues.
  • Maintain the highest hygiene standard at all times.
  • Uphold the highest standard of Brand's image and adhere to the Brand's grooming and uniform guidelines at all times.
  • Ensure that only the Brand's products are used during working hours.
Inventory Management
  • Assist in stocking of all counter supplies and inventory on a daily basis, as required.
  • Arrange for product transfer from other stores when the need arises.
  • Maintain accurate stock records, conduct stock checks and report discrepancies to the Store In-charge.
Training
  • Having the responsibility to pass all skill tests set by the Brand/Company.
  • Actively participate in all training sessions, meetings and corporate events.
  • Apply knowledge acquired from the training sessions to the counter / store.
Others
  • Adhere to established security procedures regarding the handling of cash and assets.
  • Establish good working relationships with team members to maintain an amicable and harmonious working environment.
  • Undertake all administrative duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Manager from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Conversant in English and preferably bilingual.
  • Passionate about the retail industry and customer service.
  • Open to candidates from other services industry (such as hospitality, F&B, airline etc) and non-services industry.
  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outgoing, friendly and pleasant personality.
  • Have high regards for personal grooming and open to put make-up.
  • Willing to work roster-based retail hours (including weekends and Public Holidays).
  • Island-wide work locations.
  • Full-time and Temporary positions are available.
