Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and recommend suitable beauty products to customers.
- Maintain good relationships with customers to build customer loyalty.
- Support overall day-to-day retail operations and housekeeping of the store.
- Drive sales to meet both personal and boutique targets.
- Perform inventory checks, replenishments, and housekeeping to ensure daily boutique operations are smooth. Perform any other duties as assigned.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in retail, sales, or FMCG industry.
- Sales-driven and proactive.
- Willingness to work retail shifts on weekends and public holidays.
- People-oriented and team player with a positive mindset.
