Job Summary:

\xc2\xb7 OT / Com Payable, Variable Bonuses

\xc2\xb7 5 Days Work Week, Retail Hours

Responsibilities:

• Dynamic and proactive in meeting sales targets
• Ability to story tell, share product knowledge and rituals to guests
• To be guest centric whenever engaging with guests
• Ability to recruit and build rapport with guests to maintain long-term relationships
• Managed boutique clientele
• Ensure smooth flow on day-to-day operation
