Operations & Inventory Control
Be familiar with and follow the loyalty policies; such as customer Birthday / Welcome Gift redemption.
Help restock shelves, cleaning of fixtures, and check products are in good selling condition.
Participate in the inventory process to minimize shrinkage and ensure accuracy of stock management; help to keep the stockroom in order.
Ensure counter reflect at all times current merchandising guidelines and testers are kept clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
Feedback & Interaction
Be aware of Sabon\xe2\x80\x99s growth versus department store and competitors.
Submit monthly sales reports on first day of every month.
Build good relationship with customers, store and management.
To undertake other tasks as directed.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferred
Motivated team player with cheerful disposition and strong desire to achieve
Possess good communication skills and be sales driven
Comfortable to work in fast paced environment
Must be able to work retail hours (i.e. shift work, public holidays and weekends)
GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 level and above
Ability to converse in both English and Mother Tongue is an advantage
