Job Description


Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Customer Service and Sales Performance

  • Build and nurture a strong relationship with customers through knowledge sharing, positive attitude, and excellent customer service.
  • Meet sales targets by understanding customers\' needs, providing expert knowledge across categories.
  • Communicate and support all team members to achieve set objectives.
  • Aware of targets and use product knowledge and selling skills effectively to achieve set target.
  • To ensure flexibility and good team relationship.
  • To undertake specific tasks as given by the Counter Manager.
Product Knowledge & Sales Technique Sabon Beauty Advisors are seen as trustworthy advisors by our customers.
  • Provide expert advice to our customers such as product information and communicate features and benefits, showcasing product selection, suitability, and efficiancy.
  • Identify customer needs by using open-ended questions and physical demonstration
  • Create addition needs and sell minimum of 3 units per customer.
  • Be focused and efficient in order to multiply the sales opportunities.
  • Exemplify Sabon image, maintain a professional, business appearance is very important to the success of Sabon.
  • Grooming \xe2\x80\x93 portray Sabon image in accordance to grooming guidelines.
Bluebell CRM program
  • Advocate our loyalty programme to every customer; ensuring that they benefit from the exclusive offers and rewards.
  • To understand program\xe2\x80\x99s regulation and its redemption program.
  • To recruit and expand counter\xe2\x80\x99s loyal customer base.
Operations & Inventory Control
  • Be familiar with and follow the loyalty policies; such as customer Birthday / Welcome Gift redemption.
  • Help restock shelves, cleaning of fixtures, and check products are in good selling condition.
  • Participate in the inventory process to minimize shrinkage and ensure accuracy of stock management; help to keep the stockroom in order.
  • Ensure counter reflect at all times current merchandising guidelines and testers are kept clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
Feedback & Interaction
  • Be aware of Sabon\xe2\x80\x99s growth versus department store and competitors.
  • Submit monthly sales reports on first day of every month.
  • Build good relationship with customers, store and management.
  • To undertake other tasks as directed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferred
  • Motivated team player with cheerful disposition and strong desire to achieve
  • Possess good communication skills and be sales driven
  • Comfortable to work in fast paced environment
  • Must be able to work retail hours (i.e. shift work, public holidays and weekends)
  • GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 level and above
  • Ability to converse in both English and Mother Tongue is an advantage
