Able to perform skin and body analysis for new and existing customers.
Exposures to a diverse range of beauty treatments, including skin, face, body, slimming, hair removal, skin whitening etc.
To assist in managing the day-to-day Operations of the business with a focus on all service and operational logistics of the reservations and reception.
Makes professional recommendations on products, treatments and service packages to customers.
Responsible for staffing, staff development and training.
Evaluate and supervise the performance of team members, and when necessary, provide timely disciplinary action including any written documentation.
Arrange training programs and skill upgrading courses for company staff.
Responsibly for Sales and achieving Sales KPI and target.
Regularly evaluates business processes, procedures and systems, makes recommendations as necessary.
Manage customers complaint on a timely manner.
Requirement:
Qualified with working experience, preferably in relevant industry.
Willingness to learn and demonstrates a positive working attitude.
Well-groomed, hygienic, and presentable at all times.
