Key Responsibilities :

Welcome customers with warmth and provide personalized skincare & beauty consultations. Demonstrate and recommend products tailored to individual needs. Maintain strong knowledge of product lines, ingredients and latest beauty trends. Deliver exceptional service while achieving sales and store performance goals. Handle POS transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately. Ensure the store environment reflects our brands, well-presented, inspiring and compliance with hygiene standards. Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and store housekeeping. Support the team in daily store operations as required.

What We're Looking For :

Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Friendly, approachable, confident and sales-driven personality. Team player but also able to work independently. Good product knowledge (ingredients, skin types, makeup application techniques). Retail or beauty experience is an advantage (training provided). Sales-driven with the ability to meet targets. Able to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
